A few words

About our clinic

Colonial Veterinary Clinic at 3280 Ironbound Road opened for business in 1998 under the direction of Dr. Mark Sullivan. Dr. Sullivan had a vision to provide the very best client-oriented pet care experience at an affordable price. Though Dr. Sullivan recently retired, his passion for veterinary medicine and compassion for patients has indelibly been etched in our history and remains a core value of the Colonial Veterinary Clinic staff.

Why choose us

we care

At Colonial Veterinary Clinic we treat your pet like family and are here for you throughout your pet's life cycle.

Modern equipment

We routinely evaluate our equipment in order to provide you with answers for your pet health questions.

Individual approach

We recognize that every client and every patient have different needs. We will listen to you and evaluate your pet to determine a pet health plan that works for you.

Emergency help

We are here for you in times of emergency. Give our clinic a call so we can evaluate your pet's needs and determine the best plan of action. We are not staffed for after-hours or weekend emergencies; in the unfortunate instance when such need is required, we recommend you reach out to one of the highly competent 24-hour veterinary facilities in our region.

Qualified staff

Our staff have many combined years of animal care experience but we are always willing to learn new approaches to veterinary medicine. Our weekly staff meetings keep us focused on accomplishing pet-health goals and client satisfaction.
